Message Drafts, Custom Invitations, Quick File Upload, Site Status, and More

updated on March 1, 2011 by TeamWork Live
We would like to share with you the newest additions to TeamWork Live. We hope the following features will make TeamWork Live even more convenient and useful to you.

Messaging Improvements
1. You can now save drafts of messages you are working on. Click the "Finish later" button when creating a message to save it as a draft.
2. You can now edit recently-sent messages to fix any mistakes in the message. This option is available until someone replies to your message.

Team Management
1. You can now mark a team as inactive. Inactive teams are not shown in your dashboard. To mark a team as inactive, edit a team from the Team Management page, and select the inactive option.
2. You can now customize the invitation message sent to the people you invite to your teams. The pop-up page that appears when you click the "Invite users to this team" button now has an area for you to customize your invitation message. You can also save your message as the default message for future invitations sent for that team.

File Upload from Quick Add
You now have the ability to attach a file from the quick add feature. Previously, you had to go to the full edit mode to attach a file.

Site Status
We have added real-time monitoring for TeamWork Live. You can now view the real-time status of TeamWork Live by clicking the Site Status link found on the bottom of every page. The site status page will also contain details about any service disruptions.

Dashboard Improvements
You can now check off completed milestones and task from your dashboard.

Pop-Up Calendar
We have often wanted to access a calendar for scheduling purposes, but didn't have one readily accessible. To fix that, we have added a pop-up calendar to TeamWork Live that can be accessed by clicking the calendar icon next to the search box. We hope you will find this feature as useful as we have.

Bug Fixes
We fixed a bug where the "New Milestone" and "New Task" buttons in the Overview pages were not working.

Thanks again for your continued support.
