Planned Features for Next Release

We have finalized the features planned for our next major release, which is currently planned for October 31st. The date is tentative and subject to change as we flesh out the expected features in greater detail. The planned features for the next release are:

Client Permissions
When you invite a user to a team, you will be able to specify whether to invite them as team members or clients. You will be able to define view and edit permissions for folders and pages separately for clients and team members.

Duplicate Team
The duplicate team feature will allow you to duplicate a team with just a couple of clicks. You will have the option of automatically inviting the users in the team being duplicated to the newly duplicated team. This feature will allow you to create a template team with folders, tasks, and pages that are commonly found in each of your projects. When you start a new project, you can duplicate the template team and modify it for the new project instead of manually recreating the team workspace from scratch.

Milestones
We will be adding milestones to TeamWork Live for the next release. Each workspace will have a milestones folder where new milestones are placed. New milestones can have due dates and are added to the milestones folder as inner folders. When you assign a task, event, or page to a milestone, they will be automatically placed inside the appropriate milestone folder.

Weekly Status Reports
The weekly report will allow you to see the tasks that were completed the previous week and tasks that are due for the upcoming week. This report can be used for monday morning status meetings.
