Our developers have been adding features faster than I can write about them. Hopefully, I will be able to catch up in the next couple of weeks as they take some well-deserved vacations and recharge before working on the next round of features.

Duplicate Folder
You can now duplicate your folders and its contents quickly using our duplicate feature. See the
duplicate folder page for more information.
iCalendar Support
If you use
Apple iCal,
Mozilla Calendar, or any other program that fully supports the iCalendar standard, you can subscribe to your calendar in iCalendar format. This will allow you to view your personal or team calendar in your own desktop computer calendar.
AutoCompletion for Inviting Members and Emailing Pages
To make it easier for you to invite team members to new teams, the user search box in the "My Teams" page will now suggest the names and email addresses of members of your teams as you type into the box. Hit enter to choose the name at the top of the list, or scroll down to choose a different user. If TeamWork Live doesn't suggest the user you want, just continue typing.
Auto-completion is also available when using the email-a-page feature. As you type into the address field, you will be suggested email addresses from your contacts.
Dashboard
1. The dashboard now has an RSS feed that includes recent activity from all of your teams. The RSS feed requires authentication for access (use the same email address/password combination that you use to sign in to your account).
2. You can now view a short summary of added comments in your recent activity list by moving your mouse cursor over the comment link.
3. Recent activity information for messages now include a link to the actual message so that you can reply without having to go to the page the message was about.
4. The dashboard now includes recent activity from actions performed by other users on pages in your workspace. For example, if someone comments on a page in your workspace, it will show up in the recent activity for your workspace.
Quick Add
You can now quickly add tasks to any of the folders that you create. Click the [Quick add] button and then check the "This is a task" checkbox to make it a task. The task fields will be shown when the "This is a task" checkbox is checked.
Messaging
1. The messaging window now has a link for sending messages to people who are not members of TeamWork Live. Clicking the link will open a pop-up window for emailing the page along with a message to the email address you specify.
2. When emailing a page, if you check the "Add recipient to my contacts" checkbox, the user you are sending the page to will be added to your contacts.
Email Notification
1. You can now set your email preferences to automatically notify you when someone comments on a page that you previously commented on. This will save you time from having to manually recheck pages for new comments.
2. The comment notification emails now include a sentence reminding users that they need to go to TeamWork Live to reply. If a user should accidentally reply by email, the email will now bounce back to the user with a message informing them that replies by email are not allowed, thus preventing accidental replies from being lost.
3. The notification emails for new comments and messages now include a link back to the original comment or message, respectively. The font size for the emails have also been increased to make them more readable.
Usability
We added a print stylesheet for the dashboard and calendar page so that they now look great on paper.
Permissions
New personal pages now default to being team-viewable instead of publicly viewable. This is a safer default since you won't accidentally expose private information to everyone.
