Backup Site and Changes to Membership Plans

We have been busy here at TeamWork Live and would like to share the following changes with you.

Improved Reliability
We know that many of you depend on TeamWork Live to help you get things done on a daily basis. While we work hard to prevent it, there will be times when the service will be down (we experienced an outage recently where our provider's domain name servers (DNS) went down). We have made the following changes to make TeamWork Live more reliable and trustworthy:
1. We have increased the number of DNS servers for TeamWork Live from two to six. This means that six different servers (spread around the United States) have to go down for you to have problems reaching our site.
2. We have set up backup site so that you can access your information even if the main site is down. The URL for the backup site is http://backup.teamworklive.com. The backup site contains a copy of your data from 24 hours ago. You can use the backup site to view your data but you should not add or edit anything as data will be overwritten every 24 hours. The backup server is down daily from 11PM-12 AM PST (7AM-8AM GMT) to synchronize its data with the main site.

Revised Membership Plans
We have also revised our membership plans. We have made the following changes to the plans:
Premium Plan - If you are on the Premium Plan, you can now back up your data as frequently as you wish. Previously, you were only allowed one backup a month. Also, you now get an additional 200MB of storage space for the same price.
Security Plus Plan - We have combined this plan with the Storage Plus Plan to create the Plus Plan. Users on the Security Plus Plan now get an additional 300MB of storage space for the same price.
Storage Plus Plan - We have combined this plan with the Security Plus Plan to create the Plus Plan. Users on the Storage Plus Plan now gets SSL encryption of all their data for the same price.
Basic Plan - No changes were made to the Basic Plan.
Free Plan - The storage space for users on the Free Plan has been reduced to 1MB.

For users not on the Premium Plan, you now get 5 backup credits for $3.
