Dashboard and User Interface Improvements
updated on March 1, 2011 by TeamWork Live
We would like to announce the following new features in TeamWork Live:
Dashboard
The dashboard allows you to stay informed about your upcoming tasks and events and to see the recent activity for all of your teams. Your upcoming tasks and events are shown at the top of the dashboard page, followed by the recent activity list for each of your teams. Your alerts are shown on the right sidebar. The links to view your archived pages and to back up your workspaces have also been moved to the right sidebar. Previously, the links were accessible from your personal workspace.
User Interface Improvements
We have made several changes to TeamWork Live to make it easier to use:
1. A drop-down menu has been added to the calendar tab to make it easier to switch between your personal calendar and your team calendars. Previously, you had to use the select option found at the bottom of the calendar page to change calendars.
2. A drop-down actions menu has been added for each page summary. Switching to the drop-down menu allows us to reduce page clutter and allows you to perform more actions on each page. For example, you can now remove a page from the current folder using the drop-down menu.
Messaging
We have made the messaging system more robust. The message window now remembers what you have typed so that you don't lose your work if you accidentally close the message window before sending your message. Be aware that the entered message is lost if you navigate to another page.
Bug Fixes
1. We fixed a bug where email notifications for bookmarked pages were sometimes not being sent.
2. We fixed another bug where multiple email notifications were being sent to some users when new pages were added to a subscribed folder.
3. If you reply to a message and the message recipient had already archived the conversation, the recipient wouldn't see the new message. This has been fixed.
Thanks again to everyone for your support of TeamWork Live. We are excited with the progress we have made so far and there's much more to come. Keep the great feedback coming!

Awesome!
Are there any plans to put RSS on the Dashboard?
I just discovered that when you click on "view more" you are given the link to the team's RSS feed... Exactly what I was looking for!
Now, if I could just get my RSS reader to discover the feeds. It doesn't seem to be able to recognize any of the RSS feeds at the moment, although it had worked previously.
The team RSS feeds require authentication. You need to enter the same email address/password combination that you use to sign into TeamWork Live.
Tried that...
I'm using RSS Bandit which will autodiscover a feed (get feed name, etc), but it's not discovering the team feeds. It is discovering other (ie, folder) feeds though.
I also tried to set it up manually w/out the autodiscover, and even though I put in the email/pw it isn't working.
Seems to be isolated to just the team feeds right now.
FYI...
Getting "(403) Forbidden" error when attempting to subscribe with Omea.
The errors for the authenticated RSS feeds have been fixed now. There were some permission problems with some of the accounts.
