Quick Add, Contacts, Improved List View, and Messaging

We're excited to announce many new features to TeamWork Live. All of them have been based on your feedbacks and suggestions. Many of you are current Basecamp users who have outgrown its project managment capabilities: we hope to address all your additional needs in the next few months. Thanks again for your support.

Quick Add
We added a quick add button to allow you to add pages, tasks, events, and contacts from your workspace without having to go to a separate create/edit page. See below for a screenshot of the quick add feature.

Contacts Folder
Every personal and team workspace now has a contacts folder where you can view the pages in each workspace that have address or contact information. The contacts folder for each of your teams will also contain the contact information for your team members. You can also import your contacts from Outlook, Gmail, Thunderbird, and Yahoo! Mail into the contacts folders and export your TeamWork Live contacts as a CSV (Comma-Separated Values) file for import into your email program. Please let us know if there are additional email programs you would like us to support.

Improved List View
When viewing the pages in your folders, you have the option of viewing the pages in a list format or tile format. With this update, the list view has been upgraded so that more information is shown. You can now also mark tasks as completed from the list view.

Messaging
You can now send general messages to your teammates. Previously, you could only send messages to another user or team about a page. You can now click the [send message] link for a user (found next to the user's photo in the user's workspace or the Teammates tab) and send a general message to the user.

Branding
We will have more branding options for your workspaces in future updates, but as of right now, the TeamWork Live logo will be replaced with the name of your currently selected team. This change also allowed us to remove the title for most of the pages, thereby giving you more space for your information.

Calendar
The start time for an event is now shown in the calendar. The calendar entries for each day are also sorted more intelligently.

Team-Viewable Pages
You can now designate a page as being viewable by any team members.

Internationalization
1. The country field has been added to addresses, so now you can enter international addresses into your pages (and view the address in Google Maps).
2. You can now choose the currency for price field. Your default currency can be set from your preferences.
3. You can now set your country in your preferences. This has an effect on how money is formatted for display: for example, if you have selected France and you are viewing a price in Euros, a comma will be used as the decimal separator instead of a dot.

Bug Fix
We fixed a bug where events were being auto-archived too early.
