Reocurring Tasks - Bug When changing assigned to and approver

Double-click name to edit. Drag-and-drop to reorder.
On this task, (which is set as a reapeating task) when I changed
the person it was assigned to and added myself as approver, I
recieved 4 versions of it in my approvals bin, for past versions of
it and even a future one. Screenshots attached.
