You can keep track of how much time you and your teammates are spending on tasks and projects using the time tracking feature. Time entries can be added from the detail page for an item. After logging your hours, you can view the time reports by selecting "Time Tracking" from the "Reports" tab. The time report shows you the number of hours logged for all tasks in a particular date range.

Creating, Editing, and Deleting Time Entries

  1. Select the person whose hours are being logged.
  2. Enter the date for when the hours were logged.
  3. Enter an optional description of what was done.
  4. Enter the number of hours being logged.
  1. Click to save the time entry.
  2. Click the [cancel] link to not save the time entry.
  3. Click the [edit] link to edit the time entry.
  4. Click the [delete] link to delete the time entry.


Time Tracking Report

  1. Select the user or team to show the report for.
  2. Select the start date for the hours to include in the report.
  3. Select the end date for the hours to include in the report.
  4. Click to update the report with the user/team and date range.
  5. This is a team report so the tasks are grouped by the members of the team.
  1. The tasks are shown in a light gray background.
  2. The time entries for each task are shown below the task.
  3. The total hours logged for the date range and the user or team is shown here.
  4. Click to export the report as a CSV (Comma Separated Values) file for import into Excel or other program.
