How is TeamWork Live licensed?

TeamWork Live is offered as a subscription service. All plans are month-to-month, so there's no long-term contract to sign and you can cancel at any time.

How do group plans work?

Group plans allow you to save money by buying subscriptions to premium features in bulk. Group plans are available in packages of 10, 25, and 50 users. The storage space for a group plan is shared amongst all group plan members. If you are subscribed to a group plan, new team members are automatically added to your plan until you have reached your plan's user limit. You can change which users are in your group plan at any time by selecting "Plan Management" from the "Admin" tab. Note that users can be in your teams without being in your group plan.

I need a 12-user group plan. What can I do?

You can mix and match plans to best meet your needs. For a 12-user plan, you can sign up for one Small Group Plan (10 users) and two team members can sign up for Basic Plans.

Can we try out TeamWork Live before we pay for it?

Yes, all new users are given a free 30-day trial membership to TeamWork Live. If you have not signed up for a pay plan by the end of your trial, your account will automatically be downgraded to the Free Plan. Once downgraded, you will be subject to the limitations of the Free Plan but you will retain all previously-created data.

How many project can I manage at once?

Users on pay plans can manage as many projects as they want. There is no upper limit to the total number of projects you can manage. Users on the Free Plan can manage one project.

How many users can I have on each of my project teams?

There is no limit on the number of team members you can have on a team. We recommend, however, that you keep project teams to fewer than 50 members to make collaboration more efficient and effective. You can do this by splitting a large team into smaller teams.

Do the people I invite to my project teams have to be on a pay plan?

No, people can be on the Free Plan and still participate in your project teams. All users invited to your teams are automatically given a 30-day trial on the Basic Plan. Trial users will be automatically downgraded to the Free Plan at the end of their trial unless you add them to your group plan or they subscribe on their own. Users on pay plans are able to take advantage of premium features that allow them to work and collaborate even more effectively.

What types of payment do you accept? Will you take a purchase order? Can you invoice us?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. At this time we only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a purchase order or invoice you.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Simply select a new plan from your profile page. There is never any fees for switching plans. If you are on a pay plan and upgrade to a larger plan, we will automatically convert the remaining days of your old plan to the new plan so you will not lose any days.

What if I decide to cancel? Do you offer refunds?

You can cancel your membership at any time, on the web, without hassle. There are never any cancellation fees. If you are not completely satisfied with TeamWork Live for any reason within 90 days, you can get a full refund by contacting us at support@collectivesoft.com. We do not want your money if you're not amazingly happy and we haven't helped you become more successful.

Do you offer discounts for academic and non-profit organizations?

Yes, we offer academic and non-profit discounts for our group plans. The rates are $49/month for the Small Group Plan, $99/month for the Medium Group Plan, and $149/month for the Large Group Plan. Please sign up for an account and then contact us at support@collectivesoft.com to get set up.
