Workspace

Drag-And-Drop Reordering and Moving
You can reorder items in a folder by dragging the item to its new position using its drag bar.
You can move items from one folder to another by dragging an item by its drag bar (which appears when you move your
mouse over the row) to the new folder. You can copy an item to another folder by holding the Ctrl key (or the Command key for Macs)
while dragging the item to another folder.
- The alerts panel is where your alerts are shown. You will be shown an alert when you are assigned a new task, sent a new message, invited to a new team, or receive a new subscription page. Clicking on the alert will take you to the new item or prompt you for further action.
- The mini-profile shows the user whose workspace is being viewed.
- This is a link to the public RSS feed for your workspace. Other users can subscribe to this feed (using an RSS feed reader) and be automatically notified when you add new public pages to your workspace.

- Click to create a new folder.

- If you are viewing your own folders, you will have the option of reordering the folders. When you click the [reorder folders] link, the
icons will show up for each folder. Drag the icon to reorder the folders. Click the [save new order] link when you are done to save the new ordering. Note that the ordering of permanent folders (messages, events, tasks, etc.) are fixed and cannot be changed.
- Your permanent folders are show with a gray background. The folders that you created are shown with a white background.
- The currently selected folder is highlighted in green (you can change the highlight color in your preferences).
- Click the
icon to show the sub-folders for the folder. Click the icon to hide the sub-folders.

Folder Detail (Tile View)

- Click to edit the current folder.
- Click to delete the current folder. Folders containing pages are not deleted until you sign out, so you have a chance to undelete folders you accidentally deleted.
- Click to view the page for bulk uploading files to this folder.
- Click to download the folder as a ZIP file.
- Click to duplicate the folder.
- Click the newspaper icon to subscribe to the folder. You will be notified by email when a new page is added to a subscribed folder. You can view your subscriptions from the subscriptions page.
- This is a link to the RSS feed for this folder. Users can subscribe to this feed (using an RSS feed reader) and be automatically notified when new public pages are added to it.
- The lock icon shows the privacy setting for the folder. If you are the creator of the folder, you can click on the lock icon to toggle whether the folder is private.
- Click to create a new page.
- Click to quickly add a new page without having to go to a separate page creation form. This is useful for quickly adding simple pages.

- Click to create a new folder in the selected folder.
- Change the selection to switch between the tile view (shown above) and the list view (shown below) of the folder.
- Change the selection to sort the pages using a different criteria.
- If you are viewing a folder you created, you will have the option of reordering your folders. This option is only available if you're sorting the folder in "Arranged order". When you click the [reorder pages] link, the
icons will show up for each page summary. Drag the icon to reorder the pages. Click the [save new order] link when you are done to save the new ordering.
- Summaries of each page in the selected folder are shown here.
- If the folder is public (and not a team folder), you will be given the option of defining the link used to share this folder. Click [edit] to change the link to something more descriptive. Be careful about changing this link once you have sent the link out to other users, however, as it will break the link for users who have the old link.

Folder Detail (List View)

The list view shows the pages as a list. The amount of information shown for each page in the list view is more limited, but the view can be useful if you are viewing a folder with many pages.
- If the page is a task, a checkbox will be shown in this column. Check the checkbox to mark the task as completed.
- The lock icon shows the privacy setting for the page. If you are the creator of the page, you can click on the lock icon to toggle whether the page is private.
- Click on the bookmark icon to bookmark the page. You will be alerted by email whenever a bookmarked item is modified or commented on.

- The name of each page is shown in this column. Click the row to view the page detail.
- If the page is a task, the person responsible for the task is shown in this column.
- If the page is a task and the task has a due date, the due date will be shown in this column. If the page is an event, the event dates will be shown here.
- When you move your mouse cursor over a row, the action menu will appear. Move your mouse over the action menu to view the list of actions that you can perform on that page. See page detail for more information on the actions that can be performed on a page.

Duplicating Folders
The duplicate folder feature can be used to cut down on the amount of work required to set up new teams.
You can create a template team and populate its workspace with common project folders and pages.
When you need to create a new team for a project, you can simply duplicate the folders in the
template workspace into the new workspace, thereby removing the need to manually recreate everything.

- Enter the new name for the new folder.
- Select the workspace you want to put the new folder in.
- Select this option to duplicate the pages in the folder being duplicated.

- Select this option to create shortcuts to the pages in the folder being duplicated.
- Check this box to also duplicate the folders contained in the folder being duplicated.
- Click to duplicate the selected folder.
