A personal (as opposed to team) folder is viewable by everyone by default (the default can be changed from your preferences).
Teammates can view, add pages, and remove pages from team folders by default. Individual folder permissions can be changed
from the advanced options section of the folder creation/edit window.

Pages are arranged alphabetically by the name of the pages. Arranging pages alphabetically makes it easier to quickly find pages. |

You arrange the pages in the order you want the pages to be displayed. You can reorder the pages in the folder by clicking [reorder pages] link next to the sort selection, drag the pages to their new positions, and then clicking the [save new order] link. Newly created pages are placed at the end of the folder by default. |
| Newest to oldest |
More recently created pages are placed at the beginning of the folder. This ordering is useful if you have a blog or journal folder and you want the newest entries to appear first. |

Pages are shown in the order in which they are created. More recent pages follow older pages. |

More recently modified pages are placed at the beginning of the folder. |
| Start date |
Pages with a start date are shown first in ascending chronological order, followed by pages without a start date. |

Pages with a due date are shown first in the order in which they become due, followed by pages without a due date. |
