Dashboard Overview
The dashboard allows you to quickly see, at-a-glance, what you have coming up and the status of all your projects.
Using it, you can quickly see your upcoming milestones, tasks, and events; and the recent activity for all of your teams.
- Your tasks that are either overdue or due within the next 7 days are shown here. This is configurable from your preferences.
- Events that occurring in the next 7 days are shown here. This is configurable from your preferences.
- Actions performed by other people on pages in your workspace will be shown here. For example, if another user comments on a page in your personal workspace, the activity will be recorded for your reference. Some of your activities (such as sending messages) will also be recorded to make it easier for you to reference them.
- Move your mouse cursor over the comment link in the recent activity to view the comment.
- The recent activity for each of your teams are shown here. Click on the name of the team to view the workspace for that team.

- Click to subscribe to the authenticated RSS feed off all recent activity. Learn more about authenticated RSS feeds.
- Activity that occurred in the last 24 hours are highlighted in yellow to make it even easier for you to see recent changes.
- You can upload your photo here. Links for replacing or deleting your photo are available below the photo.
- Your alerts are shown here. You will be shown an alert when you are assigned a new task, sent a new message, invited to a new team, or receive a new subscription page. Clicking on the alert will take you to the new item or prompt you for further action.
