What is the purpose of archiving?
Over time, your workspace can become cluttered with old documents and files. You can archive
items that you no longer need by clicking on the [archive] link in the upper-left corner of
each item from the
detail page. Archived items no longer
appear in your workspace (archived events will continue to appear in your calendars however).

Yes, you can access your archived items from the archives, which can be reached from the "Admin" tab drop-down menu. You can
also find archived items from the
search page by searching with
"my archived items" selected in the search options.

Milestones and tasks are automatically archived when they have been marked as completed. Events are archived when the
event has past.

Yes, you can restore archived items from your archives. Click the [restore] link on the item to restore the item to the folders it was in before being archived.

- When you move your cursor over an item summary, the option links will appear at
the upper-left corner of the summary. Click the [restore] link to move the item out of the
archives and back to its original folder(s).
