Announcements Overview

The Announcements page allows you to view the folders you are subscribed to. Subscribing to a folder allows you to be notified when new pages are added to it.

  1. The visibility permission setting for the subscribed folder is shown in this column.
  2. Click on the subscribe icon to subscribe to or unsubscribe from a folder.
  3. Click on the email icon to change whether you want to be notified by email when a new page is added to the folder. This icon is disabled if you are not subscribed to the folder.
  4. The user or team who owns the folder is shown in this column.
  1. Your subscription inbox is the first folder in your subscriptions list. When new pages are added to a folder you are subscribed to, they will also be added to your inbox.
  2. The description for the subscribed folders are shown in this column.
  3. The number of new pages and the total number of pages in the folder are shown in this column.
  4. Click on a folder to see the pages in the folder.
